Our Advanced Dental Implant Procedure Process

Our Dental Implant treatment process involves the use of advanced techniques and technologies to produce natural-looking permanent teeth.

1

Consultation and Exam

During your consultation, you'll get to meet the team and tour the office so we can get to know you and your specific needs. We’ll take a 3D CT scan of your jaw and face as well as digital intraoral scans of your mouth. These 3D images determine the density of your bone, locate the sinus cavities, and map out the nerves and other structures.  Our expert team members will listen to your concerns, answer any questions, and explain your options to you. We can then discuss If you are in need of bone grafting or any other preparatory procedures before your Implant procedure, or if you might need Zygomatic Dental Implants.

Treatment Plan and Transparent Pricing

After your consultation, we will assign you a dedicated treatment coordinator who will be your direct point of contact. They will be responsible for making all the necessary arrangements for you throughout the treatment process, including accommodations if you are not local. Prior to the first surgical appointment, we will review the records and plan the procedure from beginning to end. This is to ensure you know what to expect and to make sure everyone on your smile team is on the same page. We will also help you understand the costs and apply for financing from one of our lending partners.

Extractions and Dental Implant Surgery

Your surgery will be performed by a Double Board-Certified surgeon, Dr. Eberle MD, DDS, who possesses a great deal of experience and specialty training in implant procedures, including complex cases involving low bone density. During surgery, you will be sedated to prevent nervousness and pain. The implant procedure is quick and nearly painless, immediately after which you'll receive a full temporary arch of top or bottom teeth. These will function as your teeth while your jaw and mouth heal.

Recovery and Final Restorations

We will have you come back to the office to evaluate the bite, fit, and appearance of the implant to ensure you are on track to receive your permanent Zirconia Bridge as your jaw recovers. We will monitor the healing process and make sure everything is progressing normally.  We want you to get comfortable with your new teeth and be absolutely sure about their look and feel before we build the permanent set. Depending on your preference, we can provide the final permanent teeth in as little as 72 hours.
